if with just 10BTC can make you become a millionaire , what about people who own 1000BTC? i think they'll be a quillionaire 
I think not because I believe that you will need allot more Bitcoin then that. 10 bitcoins is not nearly enough to become rich from so you need to find a way to earn allot more bitcoins.
