I'm sure we don't allow people to apply with multiple accounts.You have all the rights to ditch his payments for the week and ban him from the campaign.However I suspect user
quentincole32 is another alt of the same person from the post quality I'm trying find addresses evidence though.

I have reported someone with multi accounts on the first stage on this campaign (before paused) but Zengryt says that there is no rules against it, so he did not really care about multi accounts.
But he said that he will change the rules, so the users you have reported should be banned unless Zengryt changed his mind regarding this problem.
