Need someone with good speed to download a .torrent file(video file inside) and upload it to wetranfer(site to send files to email).

Don't do that.If its a video file ,you can simply stream it from this app called Popcorn Time or copy paste the magnet link into the app.If you do that,the file will be streamed instantly while being downloaded to your local drive.Much simpler solution than uploading .
