You may have the damaged hash PCB.  these 54-chip model are VERY SPECIFIC to the default frequency set by the factory.  It may hash at rate over 600Mhz, but you will risk of loosing your hash PCB soon or later.  Running for 6-7 months at over clocked condition with 1200W psu, i think you got a good run out of this S7.

DPS1200W may be able to power on earlier batch of S7 at the spec frequency but may be a bit pushing the PSU to the limit.  If you think its the PSU, as these server PSU do degrade time to time, you can try frequency at 575mhz and another DPS1200 to see if it can come to life.

If not, hash pcb is more than likely damaged.  There may be a chance of repair if you do not see any visible burnt mark or peeled off layers.

What's the current % of HW in the UI ?

The unit is trying to hash but you are getting Hardware Error.

You need to give us more information. It is still hashsing ? Not at all ? HW % ?

Sorry, it's hosted and it was 3am, had to wait for more info.

First off, cgminer wouldn't even start, (no hashing) was spitting out all that info in the shell, and not doing anything.

He tried the blades separately, and eventually got it hashing - on one blade. The other two are sitting there doing nothing now, but at least it's doing something..
