i can't 100% say correct time as this happend long time ago, i heard about bitcoins from my friend and then i bought some bitcoins for myself too, this was in 2013 i think or earlier
and first i used them for fun only but with time i understood more good things about bitcoins, for example, it is very easy to use and there are many different bitcoins wallets out there
