I don't know why people still use this service. So many bad reports about their delays over the web.
I use it and have had no problems. One of the best online wallets.
OP - contact Coinbase rather than here, this is a pretty serious accusation.
Everything works smoothly until it doesn't.
Ask all those MTGOX fan boys from years ago saying nothing was wrong with MTGOX...better yet ask Roger Ver.
