I would like to begin offering micro-loans. Loans will be evaluated on a case-case basis. If you are a newbie or have any history of scamming, unless you have some serious collateral to put up please don't waste your time. Senior, Hero, etc. members w/positive trust-collateral most likely will not be necessary.
