they used to have a great many markets ( one market to another ) but they stopped that happening ...
so adding a new market would be a difficult thing to convince them i think ... but worth a try ...

That's very strange. LTC/DOGE should have good trading demands. No reason they should drop this market.
True! It probably disappeared when the LTC-markets was removed.
Perhaps there's a bug in their software. But they should repair it.
