I'd like to start a poll here, just reply with you answer. Which is right?

1) All ponzis are scams because people lose money.

2) Ponzis that make it clear that they are ponzis are not scams because the investors know the risks.

If you're afraid of voting because people will abuse the trust system against your right to speak out, my friends and I will give you positive trust.

I am curious what the public thinks about this, not just the big players on this thread
