Blocking what? I have no problem logging into my account and I had no problem with my ICO Waves.
If it's showing in your account then it means you've been paid. You are probably miscalculating how many you had before. For me (and others can confirm) as soon as it showed up it was added to my account. At first I thought it hadn't added to the total but I checked where I had written down my tokens at the end of the ICO and sure enough I had been mistaken and it had been added.
I am not miscalculating. I have had the same amount of WAVES for a few days now that I've checked. My amount never increased after linking my FB page yesterday.
