New proposal idea for the DAO:
Release a big chunk of ETH to a contractor who sells the ETH then buys/holds LSK.
Contractor can use the LSK to get a top 101 delegate position.
The income from the LSK delegate can be converted back to ETH then sent back to the DAO as interest on their investment.
