Re you using wallet 1.2.1.0? If not install new wallet and re-sync. Save wallet.dat before you do.
Try these, I am on same chain as C-CEX and on same block as the block explorer.
Using wallet 1.2.1.0, I had to re-sync when wallet upgraded, all is working good.

I strongly dislike links to Mega downloads as it is hard to verify if the file is legit. I find developers/promoters that are serious about their coins have their own website for downloads.
