false, network is alive. fucking asic has just left a high difficulty... so blocks emission is slow until difficulty be corrected.
0.06376724 Difficulty is very low and it is corrected after every block according to the algo. only two blocks were found today and 5 yesterday. Someone mine it with a calculator))
