First of all you made two mistakes here :
1. You invested in cloudmining
2. You made two order with only 1 second difference, so your deposit will be placed to the first order which make you send insufficient amount to buy the first order. In fact if you want to make other order because your funds is not enough, so you need to wait till the first order expired.


But as what the support say, your deposit should be credited to your account balance. Is it shown on your account balance now?
