I don't understand what are you trying to imply here. I pm all the applicants who does/doesn't qualify for the campaign. Maybe I have skipped pm-ing some members because they are either troll accounts or are on my ignore list already. And, I have nothing to say if they don't remove their signatures, hoping to get through a second time.
Why didn't you express your grievance with your main account?
