I've always wondered how Rainbot works on Primedice. In chat I can't get an answer, and I can't find it anywhere else. Can someone explain how it works?

rainbot is the alt account of Zoltan PD Mod

It's actually a bot owned and run by the Mod Hui, and it tips users in chat every so often.

It tips users who are active and friendly in the chat
