You bid on an account. The Pharmacist apparently doesn't trust account sellers/buyers. That's how the trust system is supposed to work. Which part of this you think is abusive?
Haven't talked this idiot in my whole time here. If he doesn't remove what he gave me I will red rep him for being abusive to this so called system. Yes it is abuse if you don't want to be part of a mob scene of bad reputation and have steered clear of it for so long.

Well then go ahead and neg The Pharmacist, that's also part of how the trust system is supposed to work. I suggest to word your feedback in a factual non-emotional way and provide a reference link showing why you think The Pharmacist can be trusted. If you post something like you did here then your feedback would reflect poorly on yourself. Butthurt negs are often an indication that the recipient did something right.
