I need help. I purchased $490 worth of bitcoin from bit instant on Monday and received it. I bought an additional $490 on Tuesday and never received it. On Wednesday I wrote to technical support and got a response from Rachel stating that my issue had been turned over to tech support and I would have my money later that day. It is Thursday evening and I haven't received anything, I wrote another e-mail earlier today and didn't get a response. I am very annoyed considering I paid a premium to have my bit coins as soon as possible and going on 4 days later I have nothing. Also, I assume that when this does eventually get resolved I will receive the full original amount and not the current market price, correct? He just refunded me the difference on my order from over a week ago. Just do honest math and let him know how much is lost.
I could imagine it would be difficult and time consuming to go through and find out which orders he needs to be refund.
