Thanks for mentioning this!  I went and found the video and Hoskinson is impressive!  I knew he'd done a ton of stuff, but he has done a TON of stuff! Very well-versed in code, crypto, project management, capital, business, etc.  Very well-connected.  He knows the industry inside out. Super versatile.  And here's a fun fact ...
