I have used Bitinstant and Coinapult to email bitcoins to a bitcoin address once before with no problems. This time, when I tried to send the bitcoins via Coinapult, there was an error sending the coins. Next, I was informed that to retrieve the bitcoins I had to enter my email address and the Top Secret Location. As I had no idea what that top secret location was and there is no mention of it on the coinapult website, the bitinstant web site or google and I was/am still at a loss. This was over $470 that has gone missing without a trace. It is friday night so my guess is no one will be around til Monday to answer any questions. There seems to be an unusually large amount of problems here for a company that deals with liquid assets. I am somewhat reassured that a lot of angry people edit their posts to resolved. Please contact me ASAP if anyone from one of these two companies reads this. I needed to get those bitcoins through right away.

The funds were there until the errors sending to the Bitcoin addresses. I tried a second BC address as I thought maybe that was the problem but that one failed too. What happened? Where are the Bitcoins?
: I have received an email from Seth this afternoon apologizing for the delay and asking for some additional information. I have supplied the info and am waiting for his reply as to what happened to the Bitcoins. I will Update when I hear any news.
