You could get the Bitpay visa card and then load the card whenever you need to buy something. It'll work anywhere that accepts visa.
There's Bitpay, there's Xapo, there are probably more options, but there are definitely cards that exist that you could use to spend your Bitcoin in everyday life. The only issue is that a majority of them are debit and there are no bitcoin credit cards that exist to my knowledge, so some users might get stuck there if they don't have large enough incomes or anything.
