PLEASE RESPOND TO ME BITINSTANT SUPPORT

for over a month now i have had 1000$ in transfers not processed. You claim no one have ever been done wrong and i agree you guys run a tight ship but as of this point i have been terribly wronged and i need to be worked with to have a solution.

I WOULD NEVER BAD MOUTH YOUR OPERATIONS BUT IT SEEMS THAT IS THE ONLY WAY YOU RESPOND.

I have given up so many times on getting my btc and its a shame because i do believe you guys are genuine nice people i just have gotten screwed over so honestly.
