yes....I followed these instructions.....you still didn't answer my question on which button to press....I clicked on new account...ok...I read instructions and clicked -I understand- then......nothing
Just click - New account. What do you mean - nothing?
I get the new account notice.....I pressed the -I understand - button but it doesn't take me on with the process
Hey bro, try Chrome, I had problems with Firefox, but with Chrome it works flawlessly. Hope it helps...

Please clear cookies and cache and try again. worked for me.
Do not use double or triple-click on the "NEW ACCOUNT" button
after double or triple-click the modal window does not work
yup...good pieces of advice..........well I got it working ...I cleared all browsing history from Chrome and then restarted my computer.
