Their just totally trolling and how could community manager gets 19btc salary in one week its good to be true and theirs no site paying for such huge amount to there hired people unless they make very hard extra works that can make 19btc a decent salary.

If you mean campaign manager, I guess the salary is 0.01 per week or 1% from the total payment of signature campaign per period.
Being a manager isnt as simple as just saying a user can join a campaign then pay them. It can be alot of work depending upon how thorough you are. When its payday for campaigns i manage youre looking at 3-12 hours of work on that day alone. That doesnt include anything youve had to maintain throughout the week.
Bottom line is there are a few of us whom earn our money. If you as a company choose to hire some spammer, account farmer, or basic lazy bum then remember youre gonna get what you pay for. In the long run a good manager will cost you but will also save you money by doing their job as well as give your company a better name by not letting your campaign become a spampaign
