How else would you think that bounties and faucets are paid? First you say that the chain is stuck while it is not, then you say this. Are you just searching to say negative things?

first, i'm buying your ICO, and what i said is not a negative thing.

second, if you like transparentcy, you should write clearly in OP that you keep 10 M more to avoid missunderstanding and fishy thing.
