For me it is better to quit gambling so you will not lose much money because more losses than wins .
so hard to quit you just finished it just to save more for your money multiply .
maybe a lot of people want to stop gambling, than they lose more money. but it is not very easy, let alone been addicted. even if it wanted to stop, we can not do this directly, but slowly
It takes a lot of discipline to totally quit gambling. If you are addicted with gambling for a long time already, the addicted was really deep and it is hard to take that out as it is already part of our daily living. It always start with our self and we need to totally accept that we are addicted so we can seek some help from our family and friends that would tell us on what to do and all we have to do is just obey and follow.
