I think all of them will gradually start accepting bitcoin but they are accepting paypal and actually paypal have problem with the merchant who also like to accept bitcoin. So when paypal can't just ignore bitcoin strength in micro payment field surely including paypal all fb, twitter etc will take deposit through bitcoin.

Paypal may also add bitcoin buttom in right side after visa, mastercard etc logo in there accepted method.
