You selling the whole website or just the domain? Only the domain is good enough to be sold coz the website is really sht.
I am selling the whole website including domain, twitter handle, FB page. For those it appears shit, can comfortably dump it and put up their own design.
You have got a great domain name. I'd suggest, instead of selling, you focus on developing the website.
