Used your service for the first time last week - loved it. Went to use it again a few nights ago and it errored out (after filling in all info and doing the human captcha) and said something along the lines of 'There was an identity error in generating your payment slip. Please contact support@zipzapinc.com to resolve'. Was attempting a moneygram->bitcoin to email (also tried to moneygram->btc-e.com account). Emailed support several days ago, and again yesterday. Below is one of the order ids. Thanks for any help.

Email ZipZap for the Merchant Order ID. They should have it to you within a day (mon-fri). It'll speed up everything with Bitinstant. That's the ID you want Wink
I emailed zipzap when this happened on Tuesday, and again on Thursday. Have not heard back. Hoping this all gets cleared up in the next few days (btc/ltc prices won't wait for me!). Thank you for your help though!
