Used your service for the first time last week - loved it. Went to use it again a few nights ago and it errored out (after filling in all info and doing the human captcha) and said something along the lines of 'There was an identity error in generating your payment slip. Please contact support@zipzapinc.com to resolve'. Was attempting a moneygram->bitcoin to email (also tried to moneygram->btc-e.com account). Emailed support several days ago, and again yesterday.
