How to confirm an address on ico page Huh

After 10 times of pressing the link in email it still says on ico page NOT CONFIRMED !!!!!!!!

as far as i know you are good now, just wait for the balance to be moved from ico to lite client.

How do you know ,because on ico page it still says its not confirmed
