Q1.  What type of PayPal account? Personal? Premiere? Business?

Q2.  What country?

Q3.  Verified? Bank account, credit card, address, phone number and email?

Q4.  When did you create it?

q5.  Any receiving and sending limits?

Q6.  If there are no transactions (you said no history), then how do you know that it doesn't have a 21-day hold?

Q7.  Will you provide documents? This is in case PayPal asks for verification in the future  ...
