As far as I know, gambling considered a sin in all world religions.

true, but sometimes very many people who play it, to drive away their boredom, even I also sometimes always predict the score of a ball game. although it is classified as a sin, I think it also has included a hobby a person who is very difficult to stop
For gamblers is not a sin to gamble but in our religious its a sin because its money involve.. if you are reading some bible you will see it that money is evil.. this is just read it in bible but i don't really know why gambling is sin..
