Here is some free advice  stop and take the loss. 

Your skills at trouble shooting electrical gear are pretty lacking.    Or worse you are pretty good but have far too much disregard for safe electrical procedure.



My advice is don't  fiddle with the stuff.  you may hurt more then a pcb component
