Not even. You guys replied to my emails. I had some issue with reference link. I lost too many sales yesterday. Its been over 15 hours i have emailed you. So i think you can atleast respond when you come online.
If you don't work 24 hour. You chat window should show offline. It always show online and when we drop message it says wait we will serve you shortly. So it makes user feels like some one will respond shortly. and users keeps waiting for hours.
