Seems like a sale disguised as a loan... That being said, i don't know if anybody would be interested in using a HYIP account as collateral, the risk would be rather high for the one giving out the loan. Just my opinion as a former lender.
its either a sale or loan first person that can offer me i will go with that, i know it HYIP and there risky but ive had this running since april with a 650 investment and 950 withdrawn so far , can show any proofs , just im in need of the money ASAP, i would actually rather the loan as then i still would have my account back with funds after 5 days, i can repay the loan on saturday just waiting for some cash to come.
this is not only unsuitable collateral, but even a blatant attempt to scam potential lenders.
