i would try 2 of them millenium bank prepaidcards for 50$ each if shipping is free like you said.

..but only when they come in an original enclosed envelope with all nescessary data in it (like Iban, Bic, Pin), also where i can activate that cards by myself and nobody knows sensitive data shown above but me.

if you can accept i will try the different bank once again.
then write me a pm - i will soon answer with that delivery adress.

if this replacement fails again, i will get attention here and i will post any kind of proof to get my money back.
