For risks, do some trading although i am not experienced in it. For the things i recommend you to not do is :Never go to investor-based game section ( most of them are scams ) and never gamble as most likely you will lose as house will always win you.

How do you make money with 100 us dollar on bitcoins i dont think you can get allot of bitcoins with that amount of money because one bitcoine is 600 dollar you know..
Still , that is enough to make money from it. You just need to consider the ways of making it more productive. Like trading, or lending it.
But I think lending is not the best way for making money from it. And it is better I guess, if you are going to hold that amount.
For the coming halving and chance of getting profit to it is higher.
