What are your opinions on paypal or bitcoin for online shopping?

They're basically the same when you're only talking about shopping, both pp and btc via bitpay get confirmed instantly.
The main difference to buyer/holder is that paypal can limit your account and freeze your money, where with bitcoin that cant happen.

i would say people use the paypal because there will always be people are interested in the paypal because the bitcoin is to new and untrustable.

Yes maybe it was also affected. That bitcoin is still new and still little is adopting bitcoin, while PayPal has a very long and already many are familiar with paypal as a payment via the Internet. Maybe if bitcoin could thrive will surely could be better. But in the transaction process and I favor the ease of bitcoin. And I prefer to use bitcoin.

Some are also already aware of bitcoin, but they're just actively avoiding it since it's too volatile at the moment.
