I'm using Geo-Location Rewards.
Some countries have 100 satoshi per claim indeed. But others have 500, 1000 or 1200 as minimum reward.
Add it to your rotator and look at your revenue from referrals. Some of them will be bigger (from countries like USA, Germany, etc...).
