If you add 16th May one month you get hmm.

At that time I was considering cutting some corners and releasing something less ambitious and then gradually improving it. But I changed my mind. My "co-developer" was obviously jl777 but not really in the sense of him working for me as it would have only been the other way around if at all or merely loosely coupled collaboration. And I was also in discussions to work on BTCD and apply some of my ideas there. But obviously the forum attacked me when I mentioned about the possibility of launching an ICO that could be a precursor to JAMBOX, so I abandoned that possible direction. Also I had stated that my heart wasn't really in doing an ICO (and at the time I also felt doing an ICO would be illegal for me as a US citizen although my perspective on that has somewhat changed just recently). Note contrary to what some others wrote (what was his name HUGO HONCHO?), jl777 has never pressured me and we have always been helpful to each other. I was just exploring the possibilities and trying to make a rational decision as to the best choice of priorities.

Also note that I went on a tangent about creating a new programming language for about a month, which was far too ambitious for a one man coding team. I decided to proceed until the research and discussion on that new PL had reached a plateau where it could be paused without losing too much continuity or in process discussion. I put that on pause about 2-3 weeks ago and reserved as a future work. That multi-week effort was mostly in discussions with Keean Schupke Chief Technology Officer at Fry-IT Ltd who is quite prolific in PL design having published a white paper with the well known functional programming guru Oleg. I also received a tentative offer from him to offer some assistance in his part-time if I do proceed. I was very happy to connect with someone of his caliber. I felt that tangent was also very useful in guiding about choices for an interim existing PL choice in the meantime, because it helped me see clearly the priorities and future the issue around PLs.

My plans for JAMBOX and in-app currency may benefit greatly from that work on a new PL (for reasons I'd rather not detail now), but that necessarily has to be a priority that comes well after launch and with more funding to make such work move forward at a faster pace (i.e. not only me as the sole developer).
