Hi guys . How about if someone looses his password and he wants to reset ?

I have the same problem. I registered. validated. Could not login on poker client. Tried to change password in setting on site but said "invalid username"??
Then I logged out from site to see if i could log in again. Nope. And reset password does not work either.
