Amazing that no one with skin in the game cares enough to try to hold him to account. My guess is they feel too foolish, knowing how ludicrously naive it was to believe in 7% a week.
We all do, right? I remember seeing your bids for Bitcoinmax account after Pirate defaulted. Some believed in 7%, others believed that he'd pay back after admitting default.
But yeah, recovering coins would mean a nice share as a payment.

At 7%/week, you don't believe you'll make your money back, so you don't put any. But at 1% face value, you now believe you'll make your money back?!?! It's still the same bullcrap asset.

Like any serious investigation, we don't know. Investigators don't go on a public forum telling all the details of their work. Especially when the guy they investigate can read it.
