Im guessing a new design of the website, new layout and stuff.

I don't think that will be change in Design. No relation between Big and design
I think primedice is going to add some extra games to the site instead of only Dice. May be Roulette, slots or Sports betting
Primedice needs to evolve and should offer great options to gamble

i hope they add other alternative cryptocurrenceis so we can also use those popular altcoins for betting.
