There is an exchange that is in beta that could one day soon hold some real promise. Not sure if your interested but I could get DubaiCoin onto PayServices and introduce you to the owners who would be willing to collaborate possible on some long term strategies that possibly could really benefit this coin. Granted this Multi-Value Exchange is still in  beta stage development but in my opinion holds a lot of potential. I sent a PM here and to the website. Consider the offer to be open.
