i think what i just said is that i can not provide physical collateral also i added before you some of you commented that i can use paypal as collateral or you can just pm me if you want to lend on your terms.no i have funds in it, what i meant from using paypal as collateral is that whatever the exchange rate of bitcoin i will send the equivalent of what i am borrowing then after i have paid it back the lender can refund my paypal
