As for the documents , I won't be able to provide (not that I don't have them) but It's because they contain a lot of personal information's ? I don't see the need of them anyway since the account is verified and everything and as far as I know Payoneer is not like Paypal (they don't ask you for personal information's to get unlimited or something).
But if the Payoneer account locked then u need documents to unlock it ok and what's about location of the account and what's about email address attached with that Payoneer accounts ?? I m dam serious
