Why can't login, you get an error, or you have forgotten your password?. Try to remember your password, without the seed you can not import your account with coins.

If you will create a new account in this case you lose your seed from the previous account. Try to remember the password. Or try to find your seed, perhaps you have kept seed. iCloud/OneDrive/Google docs/Dropbox/Etc.
