You can rest easy, because your Waves in a safe place on your ICO account. Later, you can use address from exchange where will trade Waves and calmly send your tokens directly to exchange.

If you do not plan to withdraw your Waves from ICO account, you do not need to use anything else. You do not need a wallet to transfer your Waves to the future exchanges.
