My guess is yes, and primedice is expanding towards other games.

It could be a redesigning and some other features that stunna has keep on telling us that will make primedice to stand out among the other dice sites. Few more days and we can see what it is really about, at the moment there isnt much that we can do instead to keep on speculating it. Here is the quote for that post btw
