For online shopping Paypal is most widely used/accepted by stores. While bitcoin in some countries still don't accept them as a payment.
If i'm asked what would i choose from both of them when it comes to shopping, I'll choose Paypal, Verification process is a bit hassle but it's just for the sake of the user.
That's right paypal is still more popular than bitcoin. But maybe at the end of the year or even next year. More paypal users are going to shift into bitcoin. Because there are now some stores that are accepting bitcoin as a method of payment . And we can't stop it and it is going to continue, or maybe paypal will going to accept bitcoin too.
